Compassionate & Effective Therapy for Everyone

I understand how difficult it is to find a therapist, create a connection, and get to something that actually works. In my work I try to understand the patterns, deeper meanings, and ways that some of your struggles have developed over your lifetime.

But therapy is much more than just understanding and listening, it's also looking for a way forward. In my work I integrate my research and collaboration that I've done with some of the world's leading experts on therapy. What this means is that I do my best to provide concrete approaches to finding how to move forward, grieve, or identify solutions to what brings you in to therapy.

About me

My experiences and expertise in psychotherapy outcomes and multicultural psychology have allowed me to work in clinical settings and academic settings across the country. From Utah, Minnesota, Arkansas, to New England, I am able to tailor approaches to people from all walks of life and with varying presenting concerns.
